DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in the Omaha, Nebraska area but I love to travel! Locations within a 15 mi radius, anywhere outside of it there will be a traveling fee. I ask to be reimbursed 75c/mi. for every mile after 15 each way. For destination/elopements, all travel will be included in the price given upfront when selecting your package!
WHEN WILL I GET MY GALLERY BACK?
My personal wedding gallery delivery time is 5-7 weeks. You will receive sneak peeks within 48hrs after your wedding day. Then you might occasionally get a photo from me if I'm in love with it, while editing and culling through your gallery!
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN?
50% of your fee is due upon booking to secure your date. The second half of your fee is due one month before your wedding date. Check by mail is the preferred payment method. Card is is accepted though there will be a 3% transaction fee. Bank transfer is another available option.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU TAKE A YEAR?
Truthfully, this number varies on what I already know I have going on in the year. Big life changes during certain seasons, travel, family events... This number typically maxes out at twenty-five. Though, I don't have a set number.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE MY PHOTOS DO NOT GET LOST?
When I get home from your session or big day I immediately take my cards and double back them up on two external hard drives. This is where all my photos are stored. So, when I edit they connect to my computer easily. My camera always has two cards in it, because of the dual slot holder. This allows me to make sure I have double of everything. Throughout your wedding day I will switch out the cards to make sure the photos are separated onto multiple cards. All my photos stay labeled and organized for the quickest deliveries!
WHY DO YOU CHARGE SO MUCH?
There is so much that goes into running a small business. With four years of experience, the $30,000.00 ish that I have put into equipment, countless hours editing, days of traveling, double digit monthly subscriptions, weeks of emailing... is why I feel comfortable charging what I do. I have dedicated the time to become an expert in my craft, so I can effortlessly serve my clients well.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU GIVE BACK?
This all will depend on how many hours of wedding coverage you have. Also will fluctuate if you choose to add or have a second shooter. On average I give back about 80-100+ pictures per hour of wedding day coverage. These will all be professionally edited.
WILL MY IMAGES BE AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE VIEWING?
YES. When your full gallery is delivered through email there will be a direct link you can access. Where family and friends can have access to view, this is helpful with distributing. This link can be shared, it can be public or I will make it private. So only those with the passcode can access your gallery, just depends on your preference.
